The frame is thermally broken using high density polyurethane.
Constructed from .10" nominal material wall thickness aluminum of 6063-T5 alloy with a depth of 2½".
Corners are mitered, anchors reinforced, hydraulically crimped, and back sealed with small-joint seam sealer.
An equal leg frame is standard.
Vent Frame Construction
The sash consists of aluminum members with .10" nominal material wall thickness aluminum of 6063-T5 alloy using poured and debridged polyurethane thermal barrier.
Corners are mitered, anchors reinforced, hydraulically crimped, and back sealed with small-joint seam sealer.
Weather Stripping
All vents are triple weather-stripped with one bulb gasket, one dual durometer three leaf gasket, and one gooseneck rubber gasket.
Two slots per vent through the window frame facilitate weepage.
Screens
Screen frames are extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.
18x16 mesh screens are available in fiberglass.
Thermal Barrier
All frames and vents are thermally broken using a poured high density polyurethane thermal barrier.
Hardware
Multiple locking system and tilt/turn function operated by lever handle.
Concealed opening limitation device available.
Glazing
Windows are inside glazed with an extruded aluminum snap-in glazing bead.
