Frame Construction
  • The frame is thermally broken using high density polyurethane.
  • Constructed from .082" nominal material wall thickness aluminum of 6063-T5 alloy with a depth of 4½".
  • Corners are of screw spline construction, and sealed.
  • Frames are fully weather-stripped with double fin-seal.
  • Standard sill with 1¾" backleg; 3" high sill (tested) also available as optional.
Sash Frame Construction
  • The sash consists of aluminum members with .100" nominal material wall thickness aluminum of 6063-T5 alloy with two thermal struts.
  • Corners are of screw spline construction, and sealed.
Screens
  • Screen frames are extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.
  • Standard on exterior of door.
Thermal Barrier
  • Frames are thermally broken using a poured high density polyurethane thermal barrier.
  • Sash frames are thermally isolated with two thermal struts mechanically crimped in raceways extruded in the exterior and interior extrusions.
Hardware
  • Features cast grip-type pulls on both sides.
  • Locking mechanism is mortise style lock with turn lever.
  • The sash glides on a pair of tandem rollers over a raised sill track.
Glazing
  • Glazing panel uses marine style reusable, wraparound black flexible polyvinyl material.
  • 1" insulated glass is accommodated.
