BF6000 Bi-Fold Door (Non-Thermal)

Frame Construction

Constructed from .100" nominal material wall thickness aluminum of 6063-T5 alloy with a depth of 3½".
Corners are of screw spline construction.

Door Construction

Door rails and stile have a depth of 1¾".
Constructed of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.
BF6000 has .100" nominal wall thickness non-thermal broken frame.
Corners are mitered, anchors reinforced, hydraulically crimped, and back sealed with small-joint seam sealer.

Weather Stripping

Single doors are weather-stripped at the frame with bulb gasket and extruded snap-in door stops.

Hardware

Upper hanging roller is made of self-lubricating polyamide.
The four-roller set makes the folding sash slide easily and comfortably.
Clearance between header and door can be adjusted by the screw of the upper hanging system.

Glazing

Doors are glazed with extruded aluminum glazing bead.
1" insulated glass is accommodated.
